Welcome! Please read the below carefully - these are our Terms & Conditions of entry and participation in any events or gatherings.
WE GATHER, PLAY & LEARN ON BUNARONG/BOONWURRUNG LAND. We acknowledge and respect the First Nations People of Australia as the original custodians of the land and waters. We are so grateful to gather on this land, and remind you of the following to assure your safety:
PLEASE CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL, and please note that entry to, and all activities at, The Revillaging Project are at your own risk. By acknowledging this waiver and attending an event or gathering, or entering the land of The Revillaging Project for any other reason, you acknowledge that you enter this land and/or participate in the activities at your own risk and without coercion. Please be mindful of the land, be mindful of yourself, be mindful of your children, be mindful of others. Please take with you whatever you bring with you - leaving no rubbish behind.
CHILDREN MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. All Children remain the sole responsibly of their parent or guardian. You are responsible for yourself and your children.
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF: While our gatherings are designed to be deeply supportive, they are not to be used as a replacement for therapy sessions or medical treatment in any way. Please ensure you feel resourced to care for yourself and those who join you at our events and gatherings, and seek specialised support if anything arises before, during, or after an event or gathering. Please always exercise common sense and caution, and wear appropriate gear for the weather, terrain, and activities that you intend to participate in.
BE AWARE OF NATURE & KEEP TO MOWED PATHS: Treat outdoor areas as you would any bushland, and exercise the same common sense and caution as you would on any uneven ground, around ponds and wetlands, and natural habitats of wildlife, including snakes. All visitors must stay on mowed paths at all times. Do not not enter long grass or ponds under any circumstances, as it is the natural habitat of snakes.
WE MAY PHOTOGRAPH OR FILM EVENTS AND GATHERINGS: Please note that we may take photos or film events or gatherings to share on our social media channels, website, or for other commercial purposes. If you do not consent to be in any photography or video footage, please let an organiser know so that we can honour your wishes.
The Revillaging Project is operated by TRVPROJECTS Pty Ltd (ABN 79 652 851 664) (TRV Projects), and is a working wetland sanctuary and farm, as well as a meditation centre and family home. The environment at TRV Projects can be dangerous including (but not limited to) the Australian bush, snakes, free-roaming animals, exposed water, and uneven ground. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. It is an express condition of your entry and your participation in the activities conducted on this property that you do hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, assigns and next-of-kin and each of them release, waive and discharge The Revillaging Project and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to your person or property or to that of any minor under your supervision, while on the property.
