SPRING 🐝 SEEDS 🌱 & SUSTAINABILITY 🌼
A hands-on workshop where kids discover the magic of growing food while caring for our planet!
Your child will explore sustainable gardening by transforming everyday items into seed pots - from egg cartons to plastic containers that would otherwise head to landfill. They'll plant seeds for home and the farm, learn companion planting secrets, and discover which vegetables love to grow together.
What we'll do:
Hunt for self-seeded treasures around the farm
Create newspaper seed pots and plant multiple varieties
Plant directly in our vegetable garden using eco-friendly techniques
Build mini greenhouses from recycled materials
Learn about soil, roots, and caring for seedlings
Kids take home their planted pots plus valuable knowledge about sustainable gardening, companion planting, and turning waste into wonderful growing containers.
Perfect for budding gardeners (Age 5 and up) and their adults who want to make a difference!
