The Dark Moon, once time where sisters gathered to connect to their bodies and intuition as Sacred ritual has mostly been lost.
As we now live in a society that mostly governs by the mind, it has lead women to act from the mind first, becoming disconnected from our bodies and their wisdom.
Through this embodied coregulation piece we begin to explore our felt sense experience as we connect and heal through truly being heard, felt and seen.
We return to our instincts. To our magic. To our heart space.
In this safe space, guided by Zara Selene, a Qualified Trauma Therapist and Feminine Mysteries Facilitator we move through embodiment, coregulation, movement, sound and magic.
Together.
I'm so beyond words exhilarated from the debths of my body to be able to bring back spaces of true coregulation and connection.
