Step inside this cocoon as we honour the winter solstice - a time of absolute stillness mid June marking the beginning  of winter. At this turn of the wheel of the year where the days are short and nights long We go inwards to explore our spiritual life and our inner realms.

In this immersive experience we offer you this space of ritual and ceremony to fully surrender to yourself.

With a heart opening cacao ceremony - relaxing breath practice - movement meditation - guided journey - energy healing and more.
