Rhythm is our monthly gathering designed to provide space for personal reflection, connection and alignment, within community.
Each month we’ll explore:
Seasonal themes and reflection – tuning into the time of year to consider the opportunities and what this could mean for you
Movement – gentle yoga and breathwork to promote seasonal wellbeing
Connection – opportunities to share perspectives and insights, with chats over chai to close
Facilitated by Narelle Melnick and Ashleigh Camm, with guest facilitators joining from time to time.
We hold Rhythm within guidelines designed to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all. And, while the format is supportive, it is not a therapeutic session. Please ensure you feel resourced to care for yourself, and seek professional support if anything arises during or after the session.
