Two hours of releasing and receiving with guided Theta clearing, Cacao ceremony, restorative Yin yoga and Reiki healing.
We begin with Theta Healing meditation and space and energy clearing. Leading into guided Cacao blessing, together we will invite the essence of Lady Cacao to assist us in softly opening and connecting to our ‘hearts energy and loves light.’ Feeling into the love that resides within us, expanding and growing love of oneself and of those around us.
From here we flow into a beautiful restorative yin practice …… where we nestle in, allowing our bodies to feel fully supported, creating the perfect space to surrender, release, soften and melt into each pose. Peeling back the layers, we’ll find healing and release through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, making room for peace, love, joy and bliss.
During this nurturing space of restoration if you wish to you will receive Divine Energy Healing - Angelic Reiki. Here you have the option of hands on or hands off. Working with these high vibrational energies of the Angelic Realm, lifting your vibration and raising your frequency
to a divinely blissful state of being.
It is our hope that you will leave this immersion feeling fully present within your whole being, restored, nourished.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are available for your use however if you wish to bring a pillow and extra blankets you are welcome to do so.
If you would like an alternative to Cacao we can allow for this with prior arrangement.
Please be sure to drink plenty of filtered water prior to the immersion and bring water with you also. We ask that you do not consume alcohol on the day.
