A monthly gathering to reconnect with nature, self, and community
Rhythm is a gentle, guided space to gather, reflect, and connect as a community in alignment with nature. Through shared reflection, movement, and meaningful conversation, we create space to listen inwardly, set intentions, and feel supported — wherever we are in life.
What to expect:
Seasonal themes — tuning into where we are in the year, and what the season invites
Guided meditation and reflection — thoughtful prompts to help us check in with ourselves and our direction
Intentional sharing — time to connect and speak our reflections and intentions
Gentle movement — yoga and breathwork to support our body, energy, and embodiment
Chai and chats — a warm space to relax and connect at the end
Facilitated by Narelle Melnick and Ashleigh Camm, with guest facilitators joining from time to time.
Rhythm is held within shared circle guidelines designed to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all.
While this gathering is deeply supportive, it is not a therapy session. Please ensure you feel resourced to care for yourself, and seek specialised support if anything arises before, during, or after the session.
